Strategy:
- Study material:- the well known Under rated fact, ICAI/ICMA study material is the best to follow. The pleothera of words, Jargon of commerce should be used by the student in the same manner as given. Simplified versions are not advised
- Time:- In a day 4 hours coaching and 2 hours self study is a must. Learning should always be measured qualitatively than quantitative
- Which time is best to study morning/ evening: – depend on individual morning lark and a late owl both are goods. Recognize who you are… . Focus every minute while you are with books. Undivided attention to the subject helps retention of knowledge acquired.
- Theory subjects vs practical subjects: Analyze are you good at numbers or writing theory answers place a weightage accordingly.
- How many chapters should you study select any 5 chapters and master then consciously. 3 chapters averagely
- Previous question papers should be analyzed.
- Exam plan:- 3 hour 100 marks paper, your aim 3 hours – to write 80 marks paper & get 50 marks out of it
- Master the topic so well, any question asked would give you full marks for that topic
Why should you read study material of ICAI/ICMA
- Material is complied by the highest intellectual governing the financial network. The resources sought will be with latest case laws, amendments, stratagical ways of questioning the practical questions.
- Most importantly it is the basis taken for preparing the main question paper
- The formulae generation:- need to understand, how to construct a formulae ideology behind it.
- The number of sums are enough for practice and master them for success

Pain areas
Knowledge gaps can be bridged by practice, accept your weakness, do not be hesitant to ask help from mentor or co-student. Legible , handwriting, neat proforma, underline the key words , basic skill of mathematics are the Pre requisite of success.
Focus
Place a timer for topic you study 15 min for 1 sum/1Q & A. Take a Break and resume back. If you are not able to memorize, break the answer to two or three paragraphs. Write without seeing for every five lines. Underline the keywords. Write the sections or year of the act correctly.
Guru
Do not hestitate to put forth your doubts. It may be simple, repitative, out of box do not let go until it is cleared. Always practise the same day, the topic taught in the class. make your own notes, be inquisitue about the subject Relate the subject to the world outside. Remember the illustrative examples. given by the teacher in the classroom.
Time & Timing:-
Be punctual and attentive in the classroom/ online training. Select your coaching classes which are time and subject focused.
4 months minimum required for coaching.
1 month required for revising the subject.
Follow the previous exam pattern simultaneously.
Attribute which causes time waste
Time leakages are to be identified and fixed for optimum utilization. Keep control on your stress level. Never skip the self study plan or a classroom session for personal enjoyments.
