Eligibility and Registration Process

Structure and Syllabus of the CA Intermediate Course
Examination pattern and duration
CA Intermediate exam is conducted in two groups, and candidates may appear in either both the groups or one group at a time. Each group has a total of four papers consisting of 100 marks each, with a time duration of three hours for each exam. Candidates must score 40% on each paper and 50% total in a group.

2. Corporate and Other Laws
An accounting student must have knowledge of the legal framework which influences business transactions.
