1. Advanced Accounting
A comprehensive course of Advanced Accounting covers every topic to learn the concepts, theories, and techniques such as branch and departmental accounts, self and sectional balancing ledgers, accounting for service sectors, special transactions, banking, insurance companies, and many more. 2. Corporate and Other Laws
An accounting student must have knowledge of the legal framework which influences business transactions. The syllabus makes the students aware of legal provisions of the selected laws to analyse and apply in addressing issues in complex scenarios and for real time problem solving. 3. Taxation

4. Cost and Management Accounting
Cost Accounting and Management are two important aspects of accounting, used to control and formulate the organization’s cost policies.
Cost Accounting deals with the assessment and calculation of costs and expenses using different costing techniques, facilitating managers in decision making.
The main activities of cost accounting include budgeting, classification and breakdown of costs, estimation of future costs to review budget estimates, and determination of fees or prices for goods and services.
On the other hand, Management Accounting provides appropriate information for decision-making, planning, cost control and evaluation of a business entity’s operations. The main activities include reporting to management, aiding in decision-making, using forecasting techniques to formulate policies, controlling performance, interpreting financial statements, administrating tax, etc
5. Auditing and Ethics
One of the most practical-oriented subjects in CA curriculum, Auditing aims to provide knowledge of auditing procedures, techniques and skills required to apply in audit engagements. The study material deals with the conceptual and theoretical framework in detail, and helps students integrate the knowledge acquired in other subjects like accounting and corporate laws in a meaningful manner. The syllabus focuses on basics of audit, Audit engagement, Audit strategy, planning and programme, Audit Documentation, Audit Risk, analytical procedures, Audit Reports, etc.
6. Financial Management and Strategic Management
Strategic Management is important for CA aspirants to learn new and different concepts and acquire multidimensional skills. They are hence expected to reach higher in the corporate ladder by understanding the concepts and techniques of Strategic Management and apply the same in business situations. The chapters taught in the syllabus cover topics like Business Policies, strategic levels in organizations, dynamics of competitive strategy, corporate level strategies, Strategic Management Process, implementation and control, etc.
Financial Management analyses the use and distribution of resources in markets by employing economic theories to evaluate how time, risk, opportunity costs and information can create incentives or disincentives for a particular decision. Eligibilty
CA Inter Coaching Eligibility:
Eligibility through CA Foundation Route
Must have cleared the CA Foundation exam conducted by ICAI.
Eligibility through Direct Entry Route
Candidates can bypass the CA Foundation level and directly register for CA Intermediate if they meet one of the following criteria:
1. Commerce (B.Com)Graduates/Postgraduates
Minimum 55% aggregate marks in graduation/post-graduation.
Non-Commerce Graduates/Postgraduates:
Minimum 60% aggregate marks in graduation/post-graduation.
2. Other Professional Qualifications
Candidates who have cleared the Intermediate level of the Company Secretary (CS) course conducted by ICSI or the CMA Intermediate exam conducted by ICMAI.
3. Provisional Registration
Final-Year Graduates: Candidates in the final year of their graduation can provisionally register for CA Intermediate. However, they must submit proof of their graduation marks before appearing for the Intermediate exams.
Mock Tests and Practice Sessions
